The SupportByEmail.com affiliate program rewards you whenever a visitor
you send us becomes a member and uses the service. You will receive
10% of all revenues generated by that customer on an ongoing basis.
Example
Suppose you introduce a customer who initially pays using a
Metered Account, and in their first month they
send 300 messages. The first month's revenue from this customer is
- Activation Fee: £9.99
- 300 messages @ £0.08
= £24.00
Therefore, your commission from this customer that month is
£2.40.
By month three, this customer realises they have built such a large
knowledge base that many more questions will be answered by the system,
and they upgrade to a Volume 1000 Account
costing £49.99 per month.
Your commission from this customer that month, and every month they continue
using the service at this volume level, will be £5.00.
SupportByEmail.com customers can choose to pay for the service in UK Pounds
or US Dollars, and affiliate commission will be converted to the chosen
payment currency on each payment date. Payment is sent by cheque on the first
of each month and affiliates will receive a report by email detailling
the revenue raised by all of their introduced customers.
Commission balances of under £30 for UK Pounds payments or $50 for US Dollar
payments will be carried forward to the following month.
Creating an affiliate link is simple, and full instructions will be
provided as well as a selection of buttons and banners to use on your web
page. Once a visitor has followed your link, they can sign up
at any time in the next thirty (30) days and the referral will be credited
to you.
You can even promote SupportByEmail.com offline and receive commission
payments for customers you introduce. All we need is for the customer
to email us to confirm that you were the referrer and we will add them
to your monthly report.
