We have pre-loaded a demonstration knowledge base with a number of questions about the service itself which you are welcome to use to see the system in action right away. To access the demo system, log in by pressing the button below.

To send questions to the demo system mailbox, use the address demo@supportbyemail.com. Try asking any of the questions on the Frequetly Asked Questions page. Also try phrasing these questions and asking your own.

Custom Evaluation System

To evaluate the software using your own knowledge base click the sign up button below and fill in your details. You will be given instant access to You will be limited to sending twenty messages using an evaluation account, but other than that all the features are fully active.

If you decide to continue using SupportByEmail.com, simply go to "Manage Account" and pay the £9.99 activation fee. If you do not wish to continue using the service there is nothing to pay, however evaluation accounts will be deleted after four weeks if they have not been activated.
