Choice of billing modelsChoose from the billing model that suits you best. With both models you pay only for results - messages you send where the system was unable to suggest an answer are not counted. Choose a metered account if you expect a low activity level on the account, or do wish to keep charges to a minimum whilst your knowledge base is established. Choose a volume account if you expect to send 400 messages or more per month through the system. A one-off activation fee of £9.99 applies to all accounts. Metered accountsThis is a pay-as-you-go model, where you pay a flat rate of £0.08 per message sent, regardless of the number of messages handled by your system. Metered accounts must be settled at the end of each month and there is no minumum charge in any billing cycle.Volume accountsVolume accounts are billed in advance but provide much lower per-message fees for higher usage. Usage above the pre-paid allowance is charged at the metered rate of £0.08.
(*) Price per message is based on full usage of the monthly message allocation Example: You purchase a Volume 1000 account and send 800 messages in the first month. The total cost for the month is £49.99. The following month you send 1100 messages, so at the end of the month you need to settle your account for usage over allocation of 100 messages at £0.08 per message.
